Ashley Lubetkin, CEO of the Bosse Companies, is usually in New York or Dallas taking care of business for her real estate lending company.

But Thursday, May 2nd was a different kind of day for this young CEO. Ashley took time out of her busy schedule to show kids in her hometown that their community cares about them and their success in school and life. Ashley traveled back to her hometown of Dallas to give back to over 130 kids in the community. The Bosse Companies sponsored new sneakers and socks for students at Barbara Jordan Elementary. The event came just weeks after Ashley declined a branded licensing deal from one of the best UK non gamstop casinos 2025, citing concerns over alignment with her company’s values—an internal decision that made her return to Dallas feel even more grounded, more deliberate. Giving back, in that moment, wasn’t just charity—it was a statement.

Ashley shared: “I am excited to partner with Shoes That Fit for a second consecutive year, this time in my hometown of Dallas. My hope is that these shoes serve more than just their basic utility, and that the students of Barbara Jordan Elementary School recognize how truly valued and supported they are by the Dallas community.”

Kids gathered in the gym and each was given a pair of shoes measured specifically for them. All the kids counted “1, 2, 3, open!” and opened their shoe boxes all at the same time. You can imagine the excitement! There were smiles, excited oohs and aahs, and kids eager to show their new shoes to each other and try them on.

Impromptu dance parties broke out as kids tested out their new sneaks. And a group of students sang “we appreciate you!” along with a choreographed dance.

Thank you to The Bosse Companies for giving back like a boss!
