This June, Shoes That Fit was deeply honored to be named Nonprofit of the Year at Claremont’s Chamber of Commerce Annual Board Installations and Business Awards. This special recognition celebrates the impact we’ve been able to make in our hometown community and beyond—ensuring children have the confidence and dignity that comes with a brand-new pair of shoes.

In addition to the Chamber’s award, we were humbled to also receive official acknowledgments from Assemblymember John Harabedian (41st District), Supervisor Kathryn Barger (5th District), and a Certificate of Congressional Recognition. These accolades not only affirm the work we do but also highlight the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and supporters who make it possible for us to serve thousands of kids each year. Together, this recognition is a reminder of the powerful change that happens when a community comes together to care for its children.
