Teamwork makes our dreams work!
Thanks to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car of the Inland Empire for teaming up to help kids in need right in their community.
Today, they distributed shoes to 200 excited kids at Lankershim Elementary School in Highland, CA. For the school administrators, it was a very special event. One administrator shared this with a Shoes That Fit staff member:
“New shoes for a family can be something that seems very simple that students can get each year but as our students are going throuhg the elementary years, their feet are growing at a pace that sometimes, parents can't keep up. For them to be blessed with a brand new pair of shoes today let's them take the worry off their mind. They can focus on learning and Shoes That Fit really made that possible for our students.”
It doesn't get any better than seeing adults take time out of their days to connect with an empower kids!
