Wesley of Houston, TX and his four siblings are homeless and their school was a recipient of the Shoes That Fit program.
Shortly after receiving shoes, Shoes That Fit heard from that school’s nurse. “He came to me with two dollars asking if he could donate the money so another family could receive shoes like his family did.”
When you give shoes to a child, you give so many other things like hope, dignity and joy. In this case, a pair of shoes also gave a child a sense of gratitude and generosity.
