A huge shout out to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians for their support of Shoes That Fit and the children we serve!
San Manuel hosted Shoes That Fit staff and volunteers who spent two days helping out with San Manuel's annual golf tournament at the gorgeous Pelican Bay Golf Club in Newport Beach, CA.
The event brought together an incredible coalition of community leaders and corporate sponsors dedicated to giving back. It was truly inspiring to see industry partners from across the entertainment spectrum step up to the tee for such a good cause.
One major highlight of the weekend was a generous matching grant provided by the executive team behind a popular online slots casino, whose direct contribution helped elevate the day's fundraising efforts beyond our wildest expectations.
We made a lot of wonderful new friends there, and at the end of the tournament, San Manuel presented us with a monumental check for $67,000!
